Bye Bye DSL.

Earthlink DSL: Just crappy. First off, it's rated at 3 Mbps and I only get around 1.4 Mbps on a good day. My firefox tabs are ALWAYS loading and it's just annoying. This connection is pitiful; whether its the modem or the line... it disconnects on average about 4 times per hour. I cannot stand it.

Verizon DSL: A little better than Earthlink, and faster. Downside is it disconnected whenever there's a thunderstorm and/or rain. But 20% more reliable than Earthlink.

At my old place, I had Comcast Cable and I remember having around 3 disconnects per month. (Yeah, I had to switch to DSL because of price, but now I have a job)

So, on Sunday I will welcome back Comcast Cable.

If you're reading this thread and you're going to brag about your FIOS.. n/m it will happen anyway.
