Eagerly I stood in that long ticket line,
Bored to tears I wasted my time.
Two hours later with so much rage,
Not having gone would have been sage.

The last Star Trek movie was truly the crap,
And teased by the history I fell for their trap.
I fear that Nemesis is a ressurection,
Of that video garbage known as Insurrection.

It was so bad, so bad I can't tell,
It triggers a hatred that I only can yell.
I hope for your sake and mine as well,
Nemesis isn't similar, but only time will tell.

Somewhat related, but now that I'm older and wiser, I actually think Star Trek: The Motion Picture is a pretty darn good movie. Of course, I'm talking about the recent director's cut that came out about a year ago, but still... it's a lot better than I remember it as a kid.

Nemesis has gotten some pretty harsh reviews. Dang. 🙁
