I can not get USB working in win2k when I overclock (but it works great in winME).
The system:
Celeron566 that will do 850 easy (am just trying to run at 800 though)
Abit BX133
PC133 Ram
GeForce2 in AGP
3Com NIC in PCI 2
Live soundcard in PCI4
Bios settings:
Onboard Raid disabled
1.75v for the CPU
3.5v for the IO (Default)
93 mhz bus, 8.5x
PCI at 1/3
AGP at 2/3
Win2k runs fine when the CPU is at the default speed. However when I try boost the bus speed to overclock it, Win2k works.. but the USB quits, making my keyboard and mouse useless. This just seems to be a win2k thing, since WinME worked perfectly.
ACPI is installed with win2k, and all my devices are found and working fine.
Anyone have any suggestions? Could the IO voltage need to be increased?
Thanks in advance..
