BX Master reboot problem

I have a MSI BX Master m/b, whenever I try to do reboot/restart the PC, my monitor will turn off somehow. Everytime I go into the bios setup and quit, same thing happen. Tried to flash with the latest bios and it won't help. Anyone can help?
 
Does it go off or does it go into a standby state?

If either case and if you can try the monitor on another computer, or try another monitor on that computer.

In both them cases the monitor is suppose to turn "off" and then turn back on, usually going from a green light to a orange/yellow light back to a green light.
