Two Pentium III boards have been given the AnandTech Editor's Gold Award:

The MSI/Microstar BX Master is a Slot 1 board based on the Intel 440BX chipset. Like in all Slot 1 boards, you can use either an SECC2 black plastic cartridge style P3 or the FC-PGA bare chip style P3 (with a 'slocket' adapter) in this board.

The ASUS CUSL2 is a Socket 370 board based on the new Intel 815E chipset. Like all Socket 370 boards, it will only take an FC-PGA style P3. I'd recommend this board to you if you have an FC-PGA P3. It has all the modern features you could want. This board is just coming out though, so you may have to wait or really hunt around for one.
