I was converting my New York State driver's license at the Taxichuetts Registry of Motor Vehicles and everything was pretty smooth. It took longer to fill out the forms than stand in line (WHOA!!!!). My info was entered and the eye exam was done. Then it came time to take the picture.
SMILE!!!

I looked and there was a BSOD staring back at me. I started laughing and the lady just went "Oh sh!t!!!"
She rebooted and I looked. They were running Windows for Workgroups 3.11.
I was laughing my ass off. The RMV can be fun!!!
