buzzing sound from monitor?

my monitor keeps buzzing, is it about to go? no change of quality on the screen though

Well I've never had a monitor start buzzing, but I have seen tvs do that before they went out. So I'd guess that it's probably going..

try changing the resolution to a different setting.

Mine makes a light whistling type of noise in low resolution
