Buzzing from the center speaker plug

I have a Logitech X540 and the plug for the center speaker produces a buzzing noise. The subwoofer is where the speakers plug into. I plugged the side speakers into the center speaker plug and they produced the buzzing noise. So it is something going on with the center speaker plug or something, not the center speaker itself.

Any ideas?
