Buying winXP Upgrade from tigerdirect.com?

Never bought software for my pc online (that i could remember). Nor have I bought anything from tigerdirect so i'll just ask. Will it actually make it to my door still in the factory seal and usable?

Tiger Direct has a mixed reputation on the Hot Deals forum. You might have better luck at NewEgg.
