Whats the difference between the review copies and the student copies? The review copies tend to be cheaper than the student copies, although the sellers always state that the review copy is exactly the same.


Im also finding international editions that are cheaper than the regular editions. Are these safe?

If the review edition is what I think it is, they're given to teachers and schools to evaluate the book for adoption... probably not supposed to be sold but there should be nothing wrong with them.

For the international editions, I think the main difference is that they're usually softcover, and in black and white only (including illustrations). Most book listings I saw for International Editions explicitly said that.

Sellers also list Internation Editions as having the same ISDN number as the hardcover. Kinda shady, IMO.
