Buying Solar Panel

Hey.. Am currently working on a project for my AP Physics class. The project is to make a solar-powered go kart. I needed to find a solar panel for the go kart and so far, i've found this which seems like the best deal for $745 + shipping.

I would appreciate it if guys could let me know if better deals exist. ( my budget is $700 so the above panel is kind of pushing it ) . I needed a minimum of 150W.

call them up and tell them you are a student and ask for some sort of educational discount. they are likely to give you one, given that you plaster their name over your go kart and give them some PR. talk to a sales representative!
