i think pqi makes some good high end parts, but this stuff is rated the same as most value memories, but costs a few bucks more than corsair,kingston,crucial etc. they are known to get decent overclocks, don't know how much this will OC

You are better off getting a Corsair dual pack which is less than what you have fro that PQI. I think Newegg had that for $159 or something last time I checked

I've only read reviews on the 2-2-2-5 version of this ram and it was pretty good.
