Buying RAM today

So I'm looking REALLY hard at this Patriot 2x1GB kit:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820220040

Comes out to $137 after rebate, and I did some googling for it and it sounds like it universally reaches 250mhz @ 3-3-3-8 1:1 1T, which seems pretty awesome for a $140 kit of 2x1GB.

The corsair XMS is about $20 more expensive, (also after rebate); and the OCZ Gold DDR500 is about $30 more after rebate. I can't see spending more money on these when they will only reach about the same speeds/timings, even if the brands are more popular.

So I'll probably order the Patriot today unless somebody comes up with something compelling...
