Buying postage through Paypal - without selling an item. Possible?

I would like to buy postage online, but the USPS only offers Express and Priority postage on their site to be printed out at home. With Paypal, I can click "Ship" for items that I've received payment for. Is there any way I can use Paypal for this same purpose without having received money through Paypal? I want to send something by media mail, and I figure that since Paypal/eBay have some kind of agreement with the Postal Service, this might be possible.

Thank you. Now I don't have to feed $3 of change into a finicky machine.

Yeah, it comes in handy. I use it for Half.com packages and for small stuff I send to friends/relatives.

Now it'd be nice if the Postal Service would include this functionality on their own website!!!!!!

It's not on the site, you will always have to use the link...

Or if you have a ship button for when you have to ship something to another person, you can use that, then erase all the information until its generic, or just like NFS4's link...

The best part though, if you use USPS Priority, free pick up :). Just fill out a request form at USPS's site.
