Buying P4 Heatsink Combo Tomorrow - Help Me pick from these

Trying to decide on a great P4 Air cooled HSF combo. I?m definitely not into any type of water cooled stuff. I'm buying tomorrow morning, so any suggestions or comments would be helpful.

I will be putting this on a ABIT IC7 & Kingston HyperX PC3500 512 X2 & P4c 2.4c to O?C to about 3.2+. I?d like to get a great HSF combo that will get me to at least 3.2Ghz with stability, anything beyond this is nice but not ?required.?

So far I?ve decided on the Zalman CNPS7000-AlCu for $35 @ NewEgg. I?m not really interested in the ALL CU version as its way too heavy and I?m too worried about damaging my MB while moving my case, and from what I read it only cools better by about 2-4 degrees C. Not really worth it.

These are the other alternatives I?m looking at:

1. Swiftech MCX4000-B

2. Thermalright SLK-800-U

3. Thermalright SLK-900-U

Could anyone out there please give me your opinions? Of course if you already have one of the above, I?m sure you?ll recommend it. But would anyone know of a comparison of the above 4 head to head?

The last thing, I?m wondering is if this is just getting out of hand with the $$ I?m spending. I mean is $35 good enough to O?C to 3.2 with my CPU? Do I really need to spend around $50-60 for one of the above Heatsink, and then a FAN and Fan controller? I just think anything over $45-50 for a HSF combo is a bit excessive.

Does anyone think that I have a good chance of getting to 3.2Ghz with the Zalman, or would I need something beefier above?

Thanks

I've been using the Cu Zalman on a P4PE board and it is great. Nice and quiet too.

Later in the week I will be using on my new IC7-G and P4 2.4C. Should make for a nice quiet setup. Zalman just makes quality products. Stick with the Zalman.

I have not heard much of a difference between the 900u or the 800a. If you noticed, the U models come with stuff so you can attach the heat sink to the mobo itself and not just the socket. SLK-800A with a 60mm or 80 mm fan will do very good.
