Buying New Stove - should I get a convection or conventional oven?

I got the convection. It's quicker with things like frozen pizza, which we eat a lot of. Doesn't make much diff with things like meat loaf.

Maybe a really expensive one is different.

Which ever one you get, make sure it is a "walk in". You will appreciate the extra space.

Unless you already have a bunch of experience or recipes for conventional ovens, I'd go to convection. It's faster and better imo, the only real fault is it hasn't been around as long which means your grandma's recipe for a chocolated bundt cake won't be of much use.
