Buying new motherboard

I'm looking for a motherboard that can support up to 2gig of memory, athlon xp, and couple of usb 2.0 ports, AGP, and 5 PCIs. hopefully can find one that is less than 70. with soooo many motherboard out there, i dont know where to start.

Look at the NF7-S v2 (not the NF7-S2, it's different) HERE

Might also google for the Shuttle AN35N-Ultra, it's about $55. I mention it cuz the NF7-S can not always be found for $70
