I am in school for computer science and I would like to get a laptop.

I mainly use Eclipse to wrote my code. I also would like to be able to play World of Warcraft on my laptop smoothly. That is pretty much what I will be using it for.

My price range is around 650 to 750. This is what I want to stick to but I will spend more if needed.

I would like it to have at least a 15.6 inch monitor and a graphics card in it.

I am not sure which processor I should get. i3, i5 or a Phenom II?
Is the Phenom II as good as a i5?
I was also told that some i3's are faster then i5's, is that true?

I appreciate any help I get on this.

Sunburn's laptop is actually very good. I'm not a fan of the envy in terms of build quality, but that's mostly because I dislike HP's keyboards.

You can definitely get yourself a llano laptop with an additional onboard GPU to run in xfire and really get the job done for WoW. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16834246149

Beyond that, if you want to get saucy, I'd say the Sager NP 5160 is what you're looking for: http://www.xoticpc.com/sager-np5160-clevo-w150hn-p-2999.html Good specs at a good price. You can get an even better GPU if you're willing to go about $800 deep.
