Buying New DVD Drive...

I am currently thinking about buying a new internal DVD drive with dvd read speeds of 16x. i was just wondering which brands and models are now considered to be 'good'. i want a drive with fairly high rip speeds for data and audio...any suggestions?

Off Topic? Perhaps you would get better responses in GH.

At the moment, I think the majority of people would point at the Pioneer line of DVD drives. They come in both the slot and tray format, and perform quite well.
