buying Mushkin memory from Newegg

Is the Mushkin memory you buy from Newegg any different than the Mushkin memory you buy from Mushkin? Why buy from Mushkin if you can buy their memory cheaper from Newegg? Some memory is $40 cheaper at Newegg and it looks to be the same thing.
