Buying MP3 player and Dig-Camera need advice

Hey guys I'm buying a Digital Camera and an Mp3 player, coudl any of you give me some advice as to what to buy. I dont plan to spend more than 300$ per item.
I'm looking for a small digital camera with max pixel, easy to store and carry, and am trying to get an MP3 player with at least 10gig storage, but the quality of sound is the most important part. I find reviews that describe all the features but none ever talk about th equality of sound. Can you recommend anything?

Thanks.

LG.

I have an 5GB IPod for Windows and love it. I recommend going to an Apple store if you have one near you because if you are a student you can get Apple's Student Discount (its around 10%). After that it was around $275 and completly worth it.

You can get the Creative Nomad Zen USB2 20GB version for about $250 online before shipping and in almost every review I've read, the sound quality is top notch. I ordered one myself last week. Of course, the sound quality on the player will only be as good as the headphones/earphones you use so don't bother using the included set if you decide on the Zen.

I've got the Creative Nomad Zen (Firewire, USB1.1 version) and think it's great. The only problem is that the battery, once it wears out, is not replaceable, according to Creative. Really stupid idea. I'm gonna try and replace mine anyway when the time comes.
