buying license after trial expires?

I'm using the free trial of Windows 10 Enterprise edition and my 90 days is about to expire soon. How do I get a valid product key? What are my options?

What if I only want Windows 10 Pro? Can I just buy that and use that product key on my current installation, or would I need to wipe and re-install from scratch?

Enterprise Edition is not available for sale outside of Volume Licensing.
You would have to purchase Pro and do wipe and re-install.

There used to be a reg edit trick that would change your edition to a lower one IE home, then that would allow you to "upgrade" to the new key that you purchased but I think that stopped working with Win7
