buying a X2 4400 with ABIT AV8 motherboard, need opinions

and no i am not buying a PCI-E vidoe card yet as i just bought my X800XT and am very happy with it

I like the combo. I have this processor and it performs really well. I can't say much about the ABIT as I never used one before. But the 4400+ is a great product.

As if nforce4 doesnt have its own share of issues.

nforce 4 doesn't have a motherboard with AGP slot, all PCI-E

The AV8 is a great board. I had it. Rock stable board. Good choice. I had an X800XT as well, with 1GB of Ballistix.
