Which is better- Carmax or a certified used car from a dealer?

heck, or a new Hyundai Elantra?
 
carmax= no haggling...what you see is what you pay. What fun is that?
Dealers= haggling......hit them at the end of the month for your best haggling value. Lots of info out there on haggling
Hyundai Elantra= Good car, but you will regret it if it's not what you really wanted
