Do they double box the smaller TV's? i.e. 32" - 42" or are they just in the normal packaging that you would find at Best Buy?

Sort of, I imagine when best buy gets them they are in a large pallet packed together, not thrown around individually. I could be wrong but that's my guess.

When I bought my 42" plasma from them a few years ago, it was just in the regular box.

I know they double box the larger ones. I'm sure they take care of them as they'll be getting a return for shipping damage otherwise.

They(Amazon/UPS) just delivered a 32' Samsung yesterday--Original Box--no xtra packaging--No Damage.

My 50'Panasonic Plasma was delivered by common/Premium? Carrier last year in Regular Box and was fine.

Amazon is the Best at customer Service--although it may take more than 1 call.
