Does anyone have any suggestions for where to get the best price, what's a good place to buy a car part online? My car's A/C blower motor went out, and it's getting hot here, so I wanna replace it.

Depends on the type of vehicle and what type of part you want. I bought replacement headlight assembly from an authorized GM dealership several months ago for much less than retail, but I don't remember the name of the dealer. Try Google/Froogle

Wow...actually found one pulled from a salvage vehicle for $28, that's about $100 less than any parts place online, and the damn toyota dealership near me wanted $200 for it.

Wow....I'm in awe, normally I don't find something this specific on ebay.

I buy 95% of my BMW parts on line, and have for years. What kind of car do you have? (year, make and model) There are some great places to buy, IF they happen to carry your make's parts...

OK, using the e-bay link for generic info, I find this:
http://catalog.eautopartscatalog.com/zy...PL&baseurl=http://www.bimmerparts.com/

I've done a lot of business with Zygmunt over the years, and they are reilable, and sell quality parts, and their prices are usually among the lowest you can get.
If you go to all the work of replacing a blower motor, why put in a used one, that may not last a week or 2? IME, that's the kind of job that you only want to do once...buy a new one...

I only plan on keeping the car a matter of months until I can afford a new one. Plus the ebay auction seems to say it's guaranteed to work.

OK, if you're gonna dump the car, then go for it...I have bought parts from e-bay sellers, just never anything that would be "critical" or a real PITA to replace again, if it failed...to me, it's not the cost of the part if you have to replace it, rather the work involved....
