buying a PCI-X VGA help !!!

hi guys, i'm building a new system which will be used mainly for gaming and i was wondering is there any PCI-X card in the 200-250$ range which is faster than a R9800XT.. coz' all my current system are using r9800XT(AGP)...

please help.. it's been a while since my last build and i really have no clue on what to buy/look for...n could u recommend me what brand is good (overclockability n stability)

oh, and i was planning on using it on a Dual Core AMD

PCI-X is a completely different bus.

7800GT <-Mid-line/sort of high end, play any game for at least the next year

X1900XT(X) <- uber fast, top of the line, spend the money if you REALLY want it

Sapphire X800GTO2

With this card, you can save some money by overclocking it. It will get just as fast as the X850XT, for a little less money.

lol. I admire the x800GT02, but if the x850xt is a 10 $ lil more. Especially the x850xt having a better HSF, you don't need to worry about OCing heavily/unlocking/whatsoever without having to turn the fan freaking high lol.
