Buying a p4 2.4 800fsb w/ HT, need to know...

I'm buying a p4 2.4 800fsb w/ HT and I need to know which brand mobo is the best to get. I would like the price to be $100 or less, unless boards that cheap are a waste of money. Also, will a board that says it supports up to pc3200 400 ram support higher? I've seen people that are using mobo's that, according to the spec's can use 200/333/400 ram, using pc3500. Will boards recognize ram with higher clock speeds? I would like to overclock the processor, so any suggestions on which type of ram and board to get is very appreciated.

Yea it should be safe to use higher ram, im also switching to the dark side but im getting abit IC7-G

Spend a lot more and get an Abit IC7-MAX3 and some PC4000 Corsair or Kingston. You will be happy!
