I don't have too, but we are going to buy a new car. Probably a Honda Civic.

Is this weekend a good time with it being the end of the month, etc?

How much should I really offer? Invoice?

I know dealers get incentives from the manufacture. There was something mentioned about "hold backs", but I'm not sure what that is.

WHat should I really expect?

Thanks in advance!

Do not go buy a vehcile on any holiday, generally that's when everyone rushes into the dealerships, visit one during a week day.

You obviously didn't read the most recent automobile poll. ;)

(Awaits the honda/nissan/etc. fanboi attacks!)

you actually lose a bit in registration fees when u buy a car at the end of the month. I think DMV works like this: if u buy a car on the 1st of the month, the license will expire at the end of the month. so if you buy a car on the 30 of the month, then the license will expire on the 31st!! so u kinda lose a month there..

not that much lost, but just wanna bring that to attention
