Buying a New Camcorder

Hello Folks,

I want to spend less than $500. I want a camera that works well in low light and I want to be able to upload movies to my PC. A lot fit the bill and I think the best bang for the buck are the Panasonics. Anyone in the market recently that bought and has been satisfied?

Although it will be tough to find a good low light camcorder.
