They are cleaing out stuff and this is marked to $17.5k - doesn't want to seem to budge too much on price. Anyways - how much have you guys landed your new Mazda 3's for?

I just purchased a 2007 Mazda3 Touring Wagon for invoice minus $1300 and then the dealer threw in a bunch of extras for me.

Edit: Looks like $18,192 for me and the dealer added the all weather mats, cargo net, cargo tray and Rear Bumper Step Plate for nothing.

You sure that was that the real invoice?

Most of the Mazda3's (non-MS) I see selling around here are going for bottom-barrel prices, like $14K. I suppose if that one is loaded, it might be an ok price.

is that including tax and title?
Seems pretty high. Check carsdirect and see what their price is. Don't pay more, that's for sure.

I don't know why they're clearing stock. I keep hearing Mazda does not plan anything until mid-late 08'.

They're just cheap cars being out gunned by 180 HP 4 cylanders that get 24 MPG.

a whole redesign will be surfacing then, but they still refresh the current one every year.

Anyways, 17.5 K is good for a fully loaded one (touring edition). The 14k ones have a weaker engine and a 4 speed auto (if you care for auto) as opposed to a 5 speed. Since this is an i, it will have the weaker engine. Also, they are not gonna budge on that price because its too early to do that. You need to go later in the month. Usually, when a dealer "marks a car down", that is the price they wanted to sell it for to begin with.

I paid $17,656 before tax for a 2007 Mazda 3 2.3l automatic Touring wagon with Moonroof, wheel locks, cargo net, cargo tray, bumper step plate and all weather mats.

When did you buy that? I thought you got the sport edition. that is actually how much that would have cost if I was still a bose employee (after the bose discount....i wish I bought a new car when I still worked with them🙁). I need to buy a car now and I hope I get a price similair to that. Things may be looking up for me now😉

I bought it on Friday. They are really trying to clear the lot of the 2007's. Did I do good? 🙂

Hm. I don't know how it could look any better! And I don't see them upping the power until the redesign. Though maybe, just maybe, they'll offer AWD.

it's not about making the car better. They just add minor improvements or changes like changing the grill or head lights or just making things more things standard on the vehicle.

I do not know what you did....but I just came back and they did not even want to go below 18.7k. Is that 17k with a trade in? I got all excited and everything too🙁

The trade in only cut about $250 off so figure $17900 but there was also a $1000 rebate for owning a Tribute and the standard $300 lot clearing rebate. That is how I got it so low.
