buying a LCD

i want a LCD for home and i am not a hardcore gamer and in future i will use TV Tuner card. i found two lcd

Viewsonic 19" VA1912W - 9500
and
Viewsonic 19" VA1912WB - 9600

as these lcd are looking very cheap than other brands for 19" therefore i want to know that Is the quality of these lcd is good than other brands? and it will suit for my need.

currently i have chosen DG965wh motherboard which as inbuilt GMA X3000 graphics and i want to use above lcd on this motherboard

I have a ViewSonic 19" VA1912WB at home for my wife's computer. I bought it in November 2005, and it still runs and looks great, so as far as quality goes, I would highly recommend it. I would also recommend a 20" 4:3 aspect LCD monitor, I've bought several for work to use with on-board video:
