I have a 1995 Honda Accord and I know nothing about cars lol so I won't be installing it.
Most people I talk to say pioneer and I have looked at their DEH-1500-4500 series and am leaning toward the 4500 for $179.99 at BB.
I will not spend more than $180+ installation. Here are my questions-
-What brand?
-what model?
-where do I buy it and have it installed?

Thanks!

Has anyone had an installation done at BB recently to know if they charge and if so how much?
Thanks for the input!

someone is selling a Kenwood KDC-4011S for 50 bucks i think the in the FS/FT forum

adapter for your car should be 10 bucks and install should be a snap

just do it yourself :)

Here

if it's in mint working condition you can't go wrong :)

Can you build a computer? Then you can install a car stereo. 5th gen Accord should be a snap for anyone with even a little mechanical ability.

lol I do computers pretty well but I have hardly touched ANYTHING on a car before. Are they all a "standard" size or do you have to get a brand specific one?

well you'll need a dash kit

and assuming it'll take a 1 din sized player ... um.. it should be a cinch~
just get the stereo adapter for your specific car from Bestbuy auto department. ask for 95 Accord

they'll charge like 8 bucks and that's all you'll need.

Taking apart the dash.. you would find online how you would do it..

basically plug in the adapter to your factory wiring then connect that to the kenwood stereo.

Wait until april... Eclipse is releasing its new line of cd players.

My head unit was stolen two months ago and right now my dash still has a hole because I'm still waiting for the new line of eclipse.
Eclipse owns everything else!!!
