buying a car that has been in an accident.....

Anything wrong with that? My gf is gonna buy a used civic...but she pulled up a crfax report and it says that it has been in an accident. It gave no details into how bad the accident was, but it was not a salvage. I am guessing that it got into rear ending accident and the original owner decided to sell it rather than fix it. It runs pretty well and it has 94k (which is pretty low for a 98 civic).
 
No harm in buying one but you should get a substantial discount because if you sell it the accident listed on carfax will still be there for the next owner to see.
