I don't see the point of this thread. One has a V8, and MUCH LESS mileage, and is cheaper... What are you asking??

is that the price that the dealer is advertising? you'll pay a lot less with either, probably 17K... used cars are big money.

still, V6 with more features or V8 with more power and two years less miles... how much do you drive each year? if you drive more than the warranty miles each year you'd want the V8 so you can the most out of the warranty period. i'll also be that you can find a better extended warranty for less if those are also what a dealer is quoting.

second man!! all the pimped out stuff!!! actually, probably the first. you can pimp it out later to make it nice like the second one. you wont be able to drop in a v8 later if you go with the second.

might i recommend cadillac as well. the new devilles look mighty awesome and you might be able to get one cheap. my dad is probably going to get one of those if not a used jaguar s-type or a '04 acura tl

Any big changes between 2001 and 2002 models?
MPG is is really close - 17/24 on the V8 and 18/25 on the V6.
Not enough difference for me to choose one over the other.
The V8 should be a bit peppier than the V6.

Thanks again for the opinions and comments.
