buying a car and need advise.

im looking to buy a 2002 civic si and I found 2 near my area.

1 is being sold at a stealership, it has 26k miles for around $13.5k. it comes with the stealership 3 month warranty where they will cover 100% of parts and labor is something breaks.

the other car is being sold by a private party for $10k but the car has 54k miles and absolutely no warranty.


whats a better deal?
