Buyers guide question...

Reading page 5 of the buyers guide, http://www.anandtech.com/guide...oc.aspx?i=2282&p=5, they have a Albatron GeFORCE 6800 GT 256MB GDDR3 with the Antec SLK3700-BQE with 350W. Does that mean you can run that system even if you don't have 21A on the 12, like many people say you need? I was going to buy the amd 64 3000 s939 with the 6600gt running in that case, would that powersupply be good enough?

From my past experience, that PSU is good enough, especially at stock speeds.
