What the hell would you do with it though?
Apart from docking it somewhere public and charging people money to tour it there really isn't much you could do with it. Maybe gut it and make a floating home out of it? Probably be like living in a small RV without the windows.

actually, as a Silent Hunter III fan, I can say that the boat you linked was very rare.
