i am looking for a budget vga cooling fan for my 7900gs. my card is 64'c at idle mode. thank you.

fan speed:

cpu 8536rpm
system 30685rpm
aux1 11236rpm
aux2 30685rpm

is that normal?
 
V-1 Ultra - $12.95 + S/H

Have it on my 7900GS right now voltmodded to 1.507v Core and 2.18v mem, and it cools well. Definitely a great cooler for the small price of $12.95. With only one fan load temp was 75C, but that's with 1.507v. At stock volts, it didn't really budge past 52C load for me, and that's after 30-45 minutes of ATITool's 3D viewer.

Considering it's so cheap and you should definitely see a large improvement over what you have now, that would be my recommendation. I admit installation was a complete PITA though.

+1 however it might get in the way with a rear 120mm fan.
