Rosewill SRM-01B-450 Micro ATX Mini Tower Desktop PC Computer Case with Pre-Installed 450W PSU, 80mm Case Fan, USB 3.0 $44.99

Your basic case + PSU combo, only, this one isn't so bad. PSU supposedly comes with PCI-E 6+2, and 5 SATA, 2 molex, 24-pin and 4+4-pin.

Case only has 80mm exhaust, and I'm not sure what can be installed as intake. No radiator support, ketchup and mustard cables, thank goodness no window or tempered glass.

But for a basic browser build, OR EVEN A BASIC GAMER BUILD, using a GPU that takes up to an 8-pin PCI-E (RX 580/590, GTX 1660/Super/Ti/2060), this could work out in your budget favor.

Extreme budget pick. Pics show a line voltage selector switch on the unit, so no active PFC or 80+ efficiency. Not going to be a very good PSU, (good enough perhaps), and it could be deficient in other ways, like the protection circuits.

Haven't run out of these older PSU designs. Have a few new pulls in a pile from case deals. Still patiently waiting for those sub $20 AR 80+ PSUs to come back, someday, in a post tariff, post pandemic world.

An earlier version of this case and power supply combo was sold back in 2016 for $30. Now it has a smaller vent on the side panel and the USB 3.0 port is on the top instead of the side, which probably make it cheaper to manufacture.

The model number of the power supply is NE450. Doesn't look like it's sold separately anywhere. 34A on the +12V rail is probably optimistic. If you're thinking about using a 250W video card like the Radeon RX 580, I don't know why you're even looking at a case/PSU like this.

You can mount a 120mm fan in the front and another 80mm fan on the side panel. Judging by the mounting holes in the rear, you could replace the 80mm fan with a more efficient 92/100mm fan.

Aside from the necessity of mounting a 5.25" DVD drive in the bottom bay instead of the top bay, the layout is very similar to a Fractal Design Core 1100, which I've used a number of times.I use cable ties to tie all of the power supply cables into a single bundle with the various leads branching off wherever they need to go. If you do that, there's plenty of room, but I recommend sticking with a compact video card instead of a longer one or you'll run into issues with any case that has HDD mounts like this one.

Yes! I Agree!

I didn't link the inside pics, potential purchasers should definitely eye-ball the clearance for video cards inside, because it has an entire panel down the side for mounting HDDs, that limits how long your GPU can be, unless you do some careful maneuvering, and even then.
