Buy Retail or OEM Radeon 9500?

I'm thinking of buying the ATI OEM RADEON 9500 128MB DDR GPU from Newegg.
Would you guys advise getting the OEM or Retail? Why or why not?

Are there advantages with retail if you have to return it?
