Buy P4 cpu from Dell?

Hi guys,
Since Dell been shipping out cpus with C1 stepping. I called Dell this morning. Talked to a person and they do sell the cpu individually. Before I can ask for the price, the freakin bum put me on hold and I got disconnected. Best way to get a C1? 😀
