hey guys,

title says it all. I could wait if you think its worth it. Budget around $250 CAN

BTW, i am currently thinking of a 6800GS.

You can get a 800gto2 here or a 6800gs for the same price of 230 CAN

Its a good shop and only ships in canada. Good prices too.

I'd lean towards the GTO if your comfortable unlocking the pipes, or the 6800 if your not.
The GTO would perform better unlocked and overclocked.

I wouldn't wait. I would just buy now and if there is a noticeable difference performance wise sell your 6800GS and buy one of those. Who knows there might not be much of a improvement.

Have you been in the Calgary North store lately?? It is insane... like the entire city found out about it all at once. Line ups to the door, 20-30 mins sometimes.

In response to the video card - I'd say wait till the next new offerings are out. If you can't wait it out, then the X800GTO2 seems like the best option.
