Buy now Cheap or Wait?

So i'm building a new computer in the summer using the Quad Core...Question is should I buy the cheap DDR2 memory now or wait for DDR3...Right now 2gb of Quality DDR2 can be found for less than $100 vs. 2gb of DDR3 is easily $200+

i would buy now since its so freaking cheap. i would get 4x1gb, 2x2gb or 4x2gb, depending on availability. ddr3 doesnt give much performance boost, but if you were gona get a 45nm quad, and oc it to 4ghz+ then i think you will be fine with quality ddr2 ram.

I already have the graphics card, Asus x1900xt 512mb...wondering if I need the 650 Watt powersupply or if i'm good with my current 500 watt one...also is the 650 watt one good? the reviews werent so good...
