i've ordered a bunch of stuff this year and have a bunch of shipping boxes sitting around. i don't plan on shipping anything anytime soon nor do i plan on storing anything in them.

i don't know what new shipping boxes go for (and i guess it depends on the size), but if i marked off or covered the address part, can i resell them on craigslist or something?

Might be hard to get much. I always get the free boxes from USPS, so I have packs of their boxes at home.

🙄 😀

USPS by my place doesn't charge for their flat rate boxes until you mail them, so I have all the boxes I'll need.

Crono, do you use flat rate shipping? is that how the free boxes thing works?

It's free Priority Mail boxes, and you can order flat rate or non-flat rate boxes in quantities of 10 boxes and have them delivered to your house for free. You technically (and I think legally) can only use them for USPS mailing.

You can get the boxes at the post office too, of course.

You're not going to get any money for boxes.

Just take them to your recycling center or put them up for free on craigslist.
