so i'm trying to kill time at work (13h night shift, not much to do really) and i can't run anything because *some reason*, so i downloaded Angband and surprise, it runs.

atm lev 32 on dungeon level 34, trying to scum for artifacts. sweet.

anyone old enough to have played this? i beat it once a long while ago, got super lucky by finding the One True Ring somewhere around level 30, followed by practically every good arti in the game before lev 80.

I've played and defeated Angband, and Mines of Moria, and Nethack. If you haven't tried it, give ADOM a try. I've gotten to the end of it once, but died. Most of the time I die from corruption long before I get to the last level.
