Buy Intel or AMD processor?

I never understood people who use stock prices to compare companies. Stock price alone means jack ****** about the worth of a company; if I have a company worth $10,000 and I only put out 10 shares, they'll be worth $1,000 each, would that impress everyone?

I have a 3500, I love it. I had to have it replaced after a power surge somehow got through my surge suppresssssor. I had a Newcastle which OC'd great....but AMD sent back an E6 which overclocks HORRIDLY

I just build a new system using AMD CPU 3500, the temp 72c, do you think the temp is too high?
Why my system shut down every 2 minutes. Please help. it has been for 2 weeks already.
