I'm tired of waiting for KT266A / nForce (I know they'll be released soon, but add another month or two before I can get them where I live, the first KT266 appeared in local shops about a month ago) and I really want to go ddr so I thought of buying a ECSK7S5A as it's cheap so I might afford to upgrade to one of the above mentioned later.
So, what do you guys think? Should I wait because of KT266A and nForce or buythe ECSK7S5A now? Might buy the ddr-ram anyway as it's so cheap and some people say the prices on ram might rise when WinXP hits the street because people then would need more ram.

if you can't wait, i would say go for it. Dropping 70 $ for a mobo that's at the top of its class now isn't bad and you won't feel so guilty if you want to upgrade later. There have been a lot of issuses with the board though. Make sure you P/S is up to par , and your memory is name brand. I myself have had issuses with some creative hardware. But the board is super fast and rock solid once you get it to post. There are also some new bios downloaads on other sites. So of them intergrate some OC capability. All in all a great board, even for a little while.
