I bought the silver model about 9 months ago and I have no complaints about it. Granted, it's my first "cordless" phone, but the calls seem to be clear. It also has quite a long range as well. I walked down past the end of my street, and up the next before it cut out. And that was when the base was located in my basement. Now it's upstairs so I should try it again sometime The only gripe I'd have is you can't dial from the base unit (mainly missed when wanting to use speakerphone). I can't think of anything else though... Oh, unless you get lots of messages. Cuz I think it's only got storage for like 7 minutes or something? But I never get too many cuz someone's always home so no biggie for me...

That's why he mentioned mercata dollar and Passport 20%.

Duh, of course you can't use mercata or passport savings at buy.con.

Buy.com have passport express checkout but they don't participate in 20% off or 20% GC.
The mercata dollar signup bonus already end on 11/17 and the mercata dollar would be expired on 11/30. So anybody have mercata dollar hurry up spend it
