I was running a 600 celeron on a slotlet card...ok (no problems). I just sprang for a 1000 PIII and fitted it to this card and (Nothing), it doesn't boot at all.
Any ideas here ??

Thanks

I think you may need a newer slotket card to allow you to go with lower voltages and different FSB settings. I have a slotket III and I am running a PIII 850 MHz on it and it is set up to go to 1000 MHz as well. maybe a new one would resolve your problem.

Just make sure that the new Slocket can handle PIII (coppermine) chips, and you *should* be okay as far as I know.

What motherboard are you using? How do you have the slocket jumpered? Is that a 133fsb P3?
